Since the formation in 2000, the company expanded nationwide, providing funding for hotels, both refinances and purchases, mixed use development projects that included retail, office, condominiums, entertainment centers and hotels, self storage facilities construction, shopping center purchase, renovation and construction, and many other investment projects.

Anne Flom has been a licensed real estate broker in Colorado since 1974 and operated her own business since 1986. She opened CML Commercial Mortgage Loans in 1995 in response to the needs of her commercial and industrial clients for suitable financing for their purchases. Ms. Flom founded West Charter Capital Corporation in 2000 and has been instrumental in arranging financing for hotel purchases; industrial, office, and retail purchases and development; self storage facility refinance and construction; land development for residential and commercial sites; medical building construction; day care center purchases; and many other types of businesses.
